摘　　要：现代医家已将当归芍药散广泛应用于妇科经带胎产等疾病。这些疾病从西医的观点来看,是完全不同的疾病,然而从中医辨证论治的观点来看,这些疾病的病机多属肝郁血滞、脾虚湿滞、气血虚损。异病可以同治,只要病机相同,治法治则就一致,遣方用药亦相同。Modern doctors have widely applied Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder to gynecology including menstruation,leukorrhea,conception and obstetric aspects.The above diseases are totally different diseases from the concept of western medicine.However,according to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,the pathogenesis of these disease can be due to the liver and spleen with patterns of liver depression and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and damp stagnation,deficiency of both qi and blood.Different diseases may be treated by the same strategy.For them,as long as the pathogenesis is the same,the treatment strategy and principle are also the same,so are the formulas and drugs.
