摘  要:转炉留渣加双渣工艺是利用低温有利于脱磷反应的热力学基本原理,在同一座转炉中连续脱硅、脱磷、除渣和脱碳,酒钢采用该技术在同一座转炉中进行“留渣”加“双渣法”的少渣冶炼技术,大幅度降低了石灰、白云石等消耗,总渣量可降低25%-33%。Slag-remaining and double-slag converter steelmaking technology was based on thermodynamic principle of dephosphorization reaction at low temperature, while continuous desiliconization, dephosphorization, slag-remaining and decarbonization in the same converter.The less slag smelting technique of "slag-remaining "and "double-slag" has been adopted at the same converter in JISCO. As a result, the lime consumption and the dolomite consumption in converter steelmaking have been remarkably decreased. The slag generated in converter steelmaking has been decreased by 25% - 33%.
