摘 要:目的:探讨Bmi-1和h TERT在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测Bmi-1蛋白和h TERT表达水平。结果:结直肠癌组织Bmi-1和h TERT的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常黏膜(P<0.05)。Bmi-1、h TERT阳性表达与病理分期、浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与性别和分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结直肠癌组织Bmi-1和h TERT的表达呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:Bmi-1和h TERT与结直肠癌的发生发展密切相关,且二者在结直肠癌发生发展中具有协同作用。Objective: To investigate the actions of Bmi-1 and h TERT in development of colorectal carcinoma.Methods: Immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression of Bmi-1 and h TERT. Results:The positive expression rate of Bmi-1 and h TERT in colorectal carcinoma were obviously higher than that in para-carcinoma normal mucosa(P〈0.05). The positive expression of Bmi-1 and h TERT in colorectal carcinoma were associated with pathological stage, infi ltration depth and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05); but not associated with age and differentiated degree(P〈0.05). In colorectal carcinoma, the expression of Bmi-1 was positively related to h TERT(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Bmi-1 and h TERT are closely related to development of colorectal carcinoma; Moreover, they also have synergistic effects in development of colorectal carcinoma.
