乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者临床病理特征分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病对乳腺癌患者病理特征的影响。方法:回顾分析60例单纯乳腺癌患者(对照组)和30例乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者(病例组)的临床资料。结果:病例组患者的年龄、空腹血糖、体重指数、甘油三酯明显高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组患者淋巴结转移率、ER表达阴性率、HER-2表达阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:淋巴结转移率、ER表达阴性率、HER-2表达阳性率高可能提示乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病预后不良。Objective： To investigate the effects of type 2 diabete mellitus on clinical pathological characteristics of breast cancer patients.Methods： The clinical data of 60 breast cancer patients（control group） and 30 breast cancer combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients（case group） were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The age, fast blood glucose, body weight index, triglyceride of patients in case group were obivously higher than that of patients in control group, while the high density lipoprotein cholesterol of patients in control group was obviously lower（P〈0.05）. The rate of lymph node metastasis, ER negative rate and HER-2 positive rate of patients in case group were signifi cantly higher than that of paitents in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：High lymph node metastasis rate, ER negative rate and HER-2 positive rate may indicate poor prognosis of braeast cancer combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
