摘  要:运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调研法等方法,以北京、上海等地部分高校优秀高水平运动队为主要研究对象,对新时期我国高校优秀大学生运动员培育机制展开全方位、多层次分析研究。研究结果认为:在国家提出"从体育大国向体育强国迈进"新的体育发展战略思想指引下,我国高校高水平运动队建设从培养模式、训练竞赛管理、发展目标定位、竞技实力、经费投入等方面都取得了实质性进展,但仍需要继续加大在协调学训矛盾、竞赛体制有效衔接、运动队建设资金自筹能力、优秀教练员梯队建设等方面的改革力度。试图为进一步深入改革和完善高校竞技体育人才培养模式,推动高校竞技体育"体教结合"的可持续发展进程提供有益的参考与借鉴。By using the methods of literature study, expert interviews, field investigation and researches, and taking some excellent sports teams in colleges in Beijing, Shanghai and other places in China as the main research objects, this research focuses on the all-round and multi-level analysis of the outstanding college athletes training mechanism in new period. This study finds that under the guidance of the new sports development strategic thought of " great sports nation to powerful sports nation ", substantial progress of the construction of high level sports teams in colleges and universities has been made in such aspects as the training mode, training and competition management, development target, competitive strength and money, but the following aspects are still needed to be reformed, including resolving contradictions between "learning and training", setting up perfect effective competition system, improving the ability to fund oneself of team construction, and constructing excellent coaches' reform. This paper tries to provide the beneficial reference for the further reform and improvement of the personal training mode of competitive sports in colleges and universities, and the promotion of the sustainable development of the "cultural education and physical education combination" of competitive sports.
