晚期肿瘤患者的常见急诊症状及救治措施

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期肿瘤患者急诊的常见症状和应对措施,以期为肿瘤患者的治疗及临床研究提供参考。方法 2013年1月至2013年12月间收治的因急性症状就诊的894例晚期肿瘤患者,汇总相关病例资料并进行分析总结。结果晚期肿瘤急诊抢救措施主要包括吸氧、深静脉置管、心电监护、呼吸机辅助呼吸、抗感染、营养支持等综合救治措施。死亡127例(14.2%),其中24 h内死亡11例(1.2%)。结论对晚期肿瘤患者采取积极的综合抢救措施可以提高抢救成功率,为肿瘤的治疗赢得宝贵时间,延长患者的生命。Objective To explore the common symptoms and treatment measures in advanced cancer patients,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and research of cancer patients. Methods Between January 2013 to December 2013,894 advanced cancer patients with acute symptoms accepting treatment in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Cancer Hospital were enrolled in the study. The medical records were collected and analyzed. Results Mainly measures in advanced cancer emergency were oxygen,intravenous catheter,electrocardiogram（ ECG） monitor,ventilator assisted breathing,anti-infection,nutritional support and other comprehensive treatment measures. 127 patients died（ 14. 2%）,which 11 cases died in 24 h（ 1. 2%）. Conclusions The active and comprehensive rescue measures for advanced cancer patients can improve the success rate of rescue,win valuable time for the treatment of tumor and prolong the life of patients.
