摘　　要：目的：探讨品管圈活动在降低手术相关人员不规范执行无菌操作人次中的应用。方法开展品管圈活动，对950名手术相关人员无菌操作执行情况进行了调查研究，分析原因，制定并落实相应的对策。结果不规范执行无菌操作的人次由改善前690人次降为175人次，目标达成率105%，进步率75%，其中铺巾不规范由327人次降低为99人次，台下人员离无菌台过近由134人次降低为33人次，未采用无接触式戴手套由71人次降低为12人次。结论品管圈活动在降低手术相关人员不规范执行无菌操作的人次中效果显著，使手术相关人员更加规范地执行无菌操作，有效地提高了工作质量。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle （ QCC ） on non-standard implementation of aseptic operation related medical staffs. Methods Through QCC activities, a total of 950 operation related medical staffs had been investigated non-standard implementation status of aseptic operation, and analyzed the causes, made out and carried out its countermeasures. Results Non-standard implementation of aseptic operation declined from 690 person-time to 175 person-time, and the target completion rate was 105%, improvement rate 75%, of which spreading towels did not reached standard declined from 327 person-time to 99 person-time. The off operation table people, who was too near from the sterile stage, declined from 134 person-time to 33 person-time, while not using the non-contact wear gloves declined from 71 person-time to 12 person-time. Conclusions QCC activities can significantly reduce the person-time of non-standard implementation of aseptic operation and effectively improve the quality of work.
