摘　　要：目的：了解全日制护理硕士研究生临床实践的真实体验，为制定更适合全日制护理硕士研究生的临床实践模式提供参考。方法采用现象学研究方法，对12名全日制在读护理硕士研究生进行深入访谈，对获得的资料进行整理，采用 Colaizzi 主题分析法对访谈资料进行分析，提炼出主题。结果从临床实践现状、临床带教情况及对临床实践的意见3个方面得出了全日制护理硕士研究生对临床实践的真实体验及看法。结论研究生需提高自身素质和专业修为，改变错误认知；培养单位需加强临床带教师资队伍建设，确立研究生培养方案，建立规范化的临床实践模式。Objective To probe into the real experience of full-time master of nursing students during clinical practice, so as to provide some references to develop more suitable clinical practice model for full-time master of nursing students. Methods Using phenomenological research methods, twelve full-time master of nursing students were selected. The data were collected by in-depth interview and analyzed by Colaizzi theme analysis method to extract the theme. Results The real experiences and views of full-time master of nursing students during clinical practice were obtained via current situation of clinical practice, clinical teaching situation and the opinion of clinical practice. Conclusions Master students should improve their own quality, professional repair and change their misconception. Training unit needs to strengthen clinical teacher teams, establish the project of cultivating master students and standardized clinical practice model.
