摘 要:微细粒方石英是一种可吸入型粉尘,吸入肺部可能对人体健康产生危害。针对焙烧法制备啤酒用硅藻土助滤剂过程中可能会产生方石英的问题,考察了助熔剂种类和焙烧条件对方石英生成的影响。助熔剂种类试验表明:啤酒用硅藻土助滤剂产品中方石英的含量随着助熔剂中碱金属阳离子半径、价态的增大而降低,综合工业应用成本及实验特征峰对比难度,选择Na NO3为助熔剂,采用快速升温快速冷却焙烧方式、在焙烧温度为800℃、保温时间1.5 h、料层厚度为1.5 cm条件下方石英含量最低。Fine cristobalite particles is a kind ofrespirable dust, which may be harmful to human health if it is inhaled into lungs. Aiming at the problems of cristobalite formation in the process of preparing diatomite filter aids for beer by calcination, the effects of flux type and calcination conditions on cristobalite formation were investigated. The research indicated that the eristobalite content in diatomite filter aid products for beer decreased with the increasing of alkali metal cations ionic radius and charge in flux. Taking industrial application cost and the difficulty of characteristic peak comparison into consideration, using NaNO3 as flux, by fast heating and fast cooling, under the condition of temperature 800℃, holding time 1.5 h, material thickness 1.5 cm, the cristobalite had the lowest content.
