摘 要:目的研究过氧乙酸与温度协同杀菌作用,为扩展其应用空间提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法 ,观察不同温度对过氧乙酸协同杀菌效果。结果在25℃条件下,800 mg/L过氧乙酸消毒液作用1 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢、蜡样芽孢杆菌芽孢和酸土脂环酸杆菌芽孢平均杀灭对数值依次为0.48、0.23和0.82;将作用温度升高到65℃时,对上述3种细菌芽孢的平均杀灭对数值均可达到7.00以上。结论温度对过氧乙酸的杀菌能力具有协同增强作用,随作用温度升高,过氧乙酸杀菌效果逐渐提高。Objective To study the synergistic bactericidal effect of peracetic acid( PAA) concentrations and different temperatures on spores and to provide evidence for its utilization. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was taken to evaluate the synergistic bactericidal effect of different temperatures and PAA. Results When the temperature was25 ℃,PAA was 800 mg / L and action time was 1 min for spores of B. subtilis var. niger,Bacillus cereus. Frankland and Alicyclobacillus aeidoterrestris,the average killing logarithm values were 0. 48,0. 23 and 0. 82 respectively. Raising the temperature to 65℃,the average killing logarithm value were all greater than 7. 00. Conclusion The bactericidal efficacy of PAA can be significantly improved by the synergistic effect of temperature. As the temperature goes up,the bactericidal effect of PAA is increasing gradually.
