摘　　要：白细胞介素-37(IL-37)是一种新型炎性抑制因子,目前发现IL-37通过抑制促炎性细胞因子、趋化因子等的产生及对基因转录的调节,参与免疫和炎性反应,在多种炎性反应及免疫相关性疾病中起重要作用,为这些疾病提供新的治疗思路和新靶点。Interleukin-37 （IL-37） is considered as a novel anti-inflammatory mune and inflammatory response by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines and cytokine which involved in the im- chemokines, regula scription.
