摘　　要：目的探讨椎管内外节细胞神经瘤诊断、治疗方法。方法分析病人的临床表现,影像学改变与治疗。结果手术后肿瘤未复发,无感觉与运动功能障碍。结论论手术是治疗椎管内外节细胞神经瘤的有效方法,手术要尽力分离肿瘤,保留脊神经根。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of spinal ganglioneuroma. Methods： Analyze the patients＇ clinical manifestations,imaging changes and treatment. Results There is no tumor recurrence after surgery, and no sensory and motor dysfunction. Conclusion Surgery is the effective way for the treatment of spinal ganglioneuroma, and try best to separate the tumor and retain the spinal nerve root
