摘  要:目的:检测缺氧诱导因子-1α( Hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)及赖氨酰氧化酶(Lysyl oxidase,LOX)在非小细胞肺癌( non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达,探讨二者在NSCLC发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,分别检测HIF-1α和LOX在不同临床病理特征中的变化。结果 HIF-1α和LOX在NSCLC肿瘤组织中表达均明显高于癌旁组织,二者均与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和肿瘤分期有关,差异有统计学意义( p〈0.05),两者间呈正相关(p〈0.05)。结论 HIF-1α和LOX在NSCLC的发生、发展中发挥重要的调节作用,可共同促进NSCLC的进展。Objective Objective To detect the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α( HIF-1α)and lysyl oxidase( LOX)in non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC)and investigate their significance in pathogenesis,development and metastasis in NSCLC. Methods The expression of HIF-1α and LOX was detected in tissues with various pathological characters by immunohistochemistry method. Results The expression of HIF-1α and LOX in NSCLC tumor tissues was significantly higher than those in paired nor-mal tissues. There was significant correlation between the expression of HIF-1α or LOX and tumor size, lymph node metastasis and pathological stage(p〈0. 05). The expression of HIF-1α protein was signifi-cantly correlated with LOX in NSCLC(p〈0. 05). Conclusion HIF-1αand LOX may play a pivotal role in the development of NSCLC,and may act in synergy to promote the progression of NSCLC.
