高龄结直肠癌患者开放根治性手术并发症及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄结直肠癌患者开放根治术后并发症发生情况及其影响因素。方法选取2010年1月至2014年9月期间连云港市第二人民医院行开放根治性手术的高龄结直肠癌患者216例作为研究对象,运用SPSS 19.0软件对收集的临床资料进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析。结果肺部感染及切口感染为高龄结直肠癌患者开放根治术后常见并发症,术前有合并疾病、低蛋白血症、手术时间、Dukes分期以及吸烟史为术后并发症发生的危险因素。结论高龄结直肠癌患者开放根治术后并发症以肺部感染及切口感染最多见,其发生受多方面因素影响。Objective To investigate the surgical complications and its influence factors of radical surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Two hundreds and sixteen patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in the Second People＇s Hospital of Lianyungang City from January 2010 to September 2014 as the research object, the clinical data were collected by the self-made general data questionnaire, and they were analyzed by descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis using SPSS 19.0. Results For elderly patients with colorectal cancer radical operation, pulmonary infection and wound infection were the common complications. Single factor and logistic regression analysis showed that medical comorbidity, hypoproteinemia, operation time, Dukes staging, and smoking were risk factors of postoperative complications in the colorectal cancer patients. Conclusion For elderly patients with colorectal cancer underwent radical operation, pulmonary infection and wound infection are the common complications. It＇s occurrence by various factors.
