摘　　要：目的总结胰岛素抵抗及胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)水平的变化与结直肠癌关系的研究进展,并探讨今后的研究方向。方法通过收集国外数据库Pub Med、Web of Science、EMBASE及国内数据库CNKI、万方、维普等近5年来的相关文献并进行综合分析。结果胰岛素抵抗及IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ水平的变化与结直肠癌之间的相关性研究,流行病学研究以及发生机理研究,说明了它们之间存在复杂且密切的联系。结论胰岛素抵抗及IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ水平的变化与结直肠癌关系的研究具有光明的前景,但仍需在多方面进行深入的研究。Objective To review the research progress of the relationship between the insulin resistance, insulinlike growth factor-Ⅰ（IGF-Ⅰ）, insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ（IGF-Ⅱ）, and colorectal cancer, and to explore the future research trends. Methods The related literatures in recent 5 years from abroad databases（Pub Med, Web of Science, and EMBASE） and domestic databases（CNKI, WANFANG, and WEIPU） were collected and reviewed. Results The research on the correlation between the changes and colorectal cancer with insulin resistance and IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ levels,epidemiological studies and the mechanism research, indicates that there are complex and close relationship between them. Conclusions The research about the relationship between the insulin resistance, IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, and colorectal cancer is promising. However, many issues need to be further investigated.
