胃窦粘膜组织中胶原纤维的差异性比较

摘　　要：目的比较不同时期的胃窦粘膜病理组织中胶原纤维的表达差异。方法选取2013年11月至2014年3月间南方医科大学珠江医院50例胃窦粘膜标本,根据病理结果分为正常对照组(n=6)、溃疡组(n=20)、癌前病变组(n=13)、腺癌组(n=11)。石蜡包埋后切片进行马松(Masson)染色,通过分析其中胶原纤维的沉积面积、累积光密度及平均光密度,比较各组间胶原纤维的表达差异。结果溃疡组、癌前病变组、腺癌组胶原纤维的沉积面积、累积光密度比较,均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且随着病变严重程度呈逐渐上升趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P沉积面积=0.106;P累积光密度=0.135));平均光密度呈不均衡的"U"型曲线分布,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论在胃窦粘膜病变中,胶原纤维表达量与疾病的转归具有相关性。Objective To compare the differential expression of antral mucosal collagen fibers in different disease stages.Methods 50 cases of gastric specimens, collected between November 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital, were divided into ：control group（n=6）, the ulcer group（n=20）, precancerous lesions group（n=13） and adenocarcinoma group（n =11）, according to the pathological features. Microsections were prepared and stained by Masson staining. The differential expression level was determined by analyzing the stained area, IOD and Density of the collagen fibers.Results Compared to the control group,the stained area and IOD of the ulcer group, precancerous lesions group and adenocarcinoma group were higher. And showed agradually rising trend depending on the severity. But with no statistically significance（Pdeposition area=0.106;PIOD=0.135）.The expression levels of each group of collagen fibers was distributed in no-balanced ＂U ＂-shaped curve,P〈0.01（P=0.003）. Conclusion The expression level of collagen fibers in gastric mucosal lesions correlation between disease outcome.
