鼻咽癌中Axl及其配体GAS6的表达研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Axl及其配体GAS6在鼻咽癌中的表达及其与鼻咽癌增生、浸润和转移的关系。方法 26例鼻咽癌患者的鼻咽癌组织(鼻咽癌组)及相应癌旁组织(癌旁组)、10例可疑鼻咽部病变患者的正常鼻咽部黏膜组织(对照组),3组采用RT-PCR方法检测Axl及其配体GAS6mRNA表达情况。结果鼻咽癌组Axl mRNA和GAS6mRNA均呈高表达,癌旁组和对照组均呈低表达;鼻咽癌组Axl mRNA和GAS6 mRNA平均相对吸光度值(0.882 3±0.037 2、0.850 4±0.026 3)均高于癌旁组(0.231 9±0.048 2、0.193 6±0.024 8)和对照组(0.237 3±0.039 7、0.187 5±0.042 6),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),癌旁组与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);鼻咽癌组无淋巴结转移者Axl mRNA和GAS6mRNA平均相对吸光度值分别为0.863 9±0.051 3、0.834 7±0.058 2,有淋巴结转移者分别为0.900 1±0.057 4、0.891 7±0.018 1,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Axl及其配体GAS6与鼻咽癌的生长、浸润及转移有密切关系。Objective To study the expressions of anexelekto（Axl）and growth arrest-specific gene 6（GAS6）in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）and their relationship with proliferation,invasion and metastasis of NPC.Methods The expressions of Axl mRNA and GAS6 mRNA in NPC tissues（NPC group）and their adjacent tissues（adjacent group）in 26 patients with NPC,and in normal nasopharyngeal mucous tissues（control group）in 10 patients with suspected nasopharyngeal lesions by using RT-PCR technique.Results Axl mRNA and GAS6 mRNA were highly expressed in NPC group,and lowly expressed in adjacent group and control group.The mean integral absorbencies of Axl RNA and GAS6 mRNA were higher in NPC group（0.882 3±0.037 2,0.850 4±0.026 3）than those in adjacent group（0.231 9±0.048 2,0.193 6±0.024 8）and control group（0.237 3±0.039 7,0.187 5±0.042 6）（P〈0.05）,and there were no significant differences between adjacent group and control group（P〉0.05）.The mean integral absorbencies of Axl mRNA and GAS6 mRNA were 0.863 9±0.051 3and 0.834 7±0.058 2in NPC patients without lymph node metastasis,showing no significant differences in comparison with those in patients with lymph node metastasis（0.900 1±0.057 4,0.891 7±0.018 1）（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Axl and GAS6 are closely correlated with the growth,invasion and metastasis of NPC.
