摘 要:目的比较自酸蚀与全酸蚀树脂粘结系统对玻璃纤维桩粘结强度的影响。方法 20颗健康离体单根管上颌前牙,经根管治疗后随机分为2组,每组10颗,分别应用自酸蚀粘结系统(Para组)和全酸蚀粘结系统(One组)的树脂粘结剂将玻璃纤维桩粘结于根管内。牙根颈部及根尖部各切取2个厚2mm试件,对每个试件进行微推出试验,并于体视显微镜下观察标本的断裂方式。结果Para组根颈部、根尖部纤维桩粘结强度分别为(16.22±1.32)、(14.13±1.43)MPa,One组分别为(14.32±1.30)、(11.57±1.50)MPa,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组根颈部纤维桩粘结强度均大于根尖部,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组试件断裂方式均以粘结面断裂为主。结论自酸蚀树脂粘结系统对玻璃纤维桩的粘结强度高于全酸蚀树脂粘结系统。Objective To compare the effects of self-etching resin cement and total-etching resin cement adhesive systems on bond strength of glass fiber posts.Methods Twenty extracted healthy single rooted anterior maxillary teeth were randomly divided into two groups,with 10 teeth in each group.Fiber posts were cemented to root canals using self-etching system(Para group)and total-etching system(One-step group)respectively.Each root was cut into two2-mm-thickslices from root crown and apex.Push-out test was done in universal testing machine with each slice.The fracture mode was observed by stereomicroscope.Results The bonding strength values of fiber post on root crown and root apex were(16.22±1.32)and(14.13±1.43)MPa in Para group,and(14.32±1.30)and(11.57±1.50)MPa in One-step group,showing significant differences(P〈0.05).The bonding strength values of fiber post on root crown were significantly larger than those on root apex in both two groups(P〈0.05).Adhesive failure of each group was indicated as the main type of fracture.Conclusion Self-etching resin cement adhesive system has higher bond strength than total-etching resin cement adhesive system on glass fiber posts.
