摘  要:目的探讨不同投照角度对牙体与充填材料间微渗漏的影响。方法 63颗完整前磨牙随机分为3组,以颊面正中制备成标准V类洞。以3种不同光照角度分别对3组常见复合树脂进行充填固化,形成9组,每组7颗标本牙。在体视显微镜下观测龈壁及牙合壁处的微渗漏。结果改变投照角度后,3组光固化树脂龈壁处微渗漏的染色深度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),光照为90°时发生微渗漏染色最浅,牙合壁处不同光照角度微渗漏染色深度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对3组树脂进行比较,龈壁差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),牙合壁与龈壁侧比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同光照角度对牙体与光固化树脂间微渗漏有影响,改变光照角度后通用型Z350复合树脂发生微渗漏染色最轻。Objective To study the effects of different irradiation angles on three kinds of light-cured composite resin microleakage.Methods Sixty-three non-carious premolars were randomly divided into three groups.The standard classⅤ hole was made by the center of the buccal surface.The composite resins in three groups were filled and cured at three different irradiation angles,forming 9groups,with 7samples in each group.Microleakages of gingival wall and side wall were observed under the stereomicroscope.Results There were significant differences in the microleakage dyeing depth on gingival wall of light-cured resins among three groups after changing the irradiation angles(P〈0.05),and the microleakage dyeing depth was the lightest when the irradiation angle was 90°.There were no significant differences in the microleakage dyeing depths on the gingival wall at different angles(P〈0.05).There were significant differences in gingival wall among three groups(P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference between gingival wall and side wall(P〉0.05).Conclusion Irradiation at different angle influences microleakage between tooth and light-cured composite resin,and general Z350 composite resin causes the lightest microleakage dyeing depth after changing irradiation angle.
