摘　　要：目的探讨产前超声在胎儿泌尿系统异常诊断中的应用价值。方法孕中期行常规产前超声检查孕妇36 506例,观察胎儿肾脏、输尿管、膀胱等,统计胎儿泌尿系统异常发生情况,总结其超声声像表现,并进行随访。结果超声检出胎儿泌尿系统异常157例(0.43%),其中伴羊水量过少23例(14.65%),合并其他系统畸形15例(9.55%);92例选择引产,其中14例因羊水过少未完全检出合并的其他畸形;65例继续妊娠者,出生后6个月超声检查结果与产前超声结果一致。结论产前超声检查对胎儿泌尿系统异常有较高检出率,并可同时显示合并的其他系统畸形。Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasonography to the diagnosis of abnormal fetal urinary system.Methods A total of 36 506 pregnant women in the second trimester received prenatal ultrasonography to observe fetal kidney,ureter and bladder,and to calculate the fetal urinary system abnormalities.The ultrasonography results were analyzed and all were followed up.Results Ultrasonography found abnormal fetal urinary system in 157cases（0.43%）,in which 23 were complicated with oligohydramnios（14.65%）and 15 were complicated with other system malformation（9.55%）.And 92 cases were performed induction of labor,14 of which were not found other system malformation due to oligohydramnios,and the other 65 cases continued pregnancy and ultrasonography results 6 months after delivery confirmed the prenatal ultrasonography results.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography has a high detection rate of abnormal fetal urinary system and can find other system malformation.
