摘　　要：本文报道1例先天性巨大色素痣并对相关文献进行复习。患者,女,3岁。出生时即发现全身散在大小不等的黑褐色斑块,随年龄增长而增大,其上逐渐长出黑色毛发。A patient with giant congenital pigmented nevus was reported and the relevant literature was reviewed. A 3-year-old female presented with black-brown patches in different sizes over the whole body at birth. The patches increased in size with age and hairs were seen on the lesions.
