变负负载液压调速回路振动噪声问题分析

摘　　要：针对某液压回路产生的噪声问题,从液压缸的受力、液控单向阀的数学模型等方面进行了分析,并在仿真软件中建立了系统的仿真模型,发现系统产生噪声的原因并提出解决方案,并从仿真结果和试验结果两方面证明了解决方案的正确性。The trouble of vibration noise of one hydraulic speed regulation loop of various load is put forward. The causes of the trouble are analyzed from the load of hydraulic cylinder, the mathematical model of hydraulic control check valve and simulation model of the system. The measure to solve the trouble is put forward and confirmed from simulation and test.
