摘　　要：通过对大学科技园建设发展要素的研究 ,探讨大学科技园的建设与机制创新 ,提出陕西地区大学科技园建设发展的指导思想、功能定位和运行机制 ,论述了大学科技园的发展在西部大开发中的定位及其促进作用。Through the study on the development factors of establishing University S&T Park,it probes into the establishment of university science park and its mechanism innovation;puts forward the guidance idea,function and operation mechanism for the development of university S&T park in Shanxi region; and describes the importance and roles of university S&T park in the West great development.
