摘　　要：利用卓越绩效模式为框架,并结合实施方法和过程对浙江省政府质量奖运行情况进行综合研究,找出其现行实施中的薄弱环节,提出相应对策,加以改进从而使组织不断地进步和提高。By utilizing the framework of performance excellence model and looking into the implement means and process of the model,this study conducts a comprehensive research on the operating situation of Government Quality Award of Zhe-jiang Province,so as to find out the weaknesses in its implementation and put forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement,so that organizations can make further progress and development.
