摘　　要：目的分析近4年来医院病案服务利用情况的变化趋势,从而为未来医护人员及患者提供更为针对性和有价值的服务打下基础。方法对2010年-2013年医院病案的服务对象、服务方式及服务利用目的等采用SPSS14.0统计分析软件进行χ2趋势性检验分析。结果某院病案服务量有明显增长。且在不同服务对象、服务方式及服务利用目的上存在显著的趋势性(P<0.05)。结论随着近年来病案服务量及服务方式的日趋增加,不仅需要针对性地满足日益增长的病案对内服务及挖掘病案的对外服务,还应引入电子病案等信息化手段用以满足临床及患者的需求。Objective To analysis the trend of electronic medical record in hospital medical record service utilization, and laid the foundation to provide more pertinent and valuable service for the medical staff and patients.Methods The medical service object, service pattern and service utilization purpose from 2010 to 2013 were analyzed using SPSS 14.0 byχ2 trend test. Results In recent years, medical service in our hospital was significantly increased. And there are significant trends in different service object, service pattern and service utilization purpose（P〈0.05）. Conclusion With the increase of medical service content and service mode, it should be not only targeted to meet the increasing medical service and medical records of mining in foreign service, but also introduced into the electronic medical record information technology means to satisfy the clinical demand in the future.
