影响病案复印的因素与对策

摘　　要：病案复印是病案管理的重要工作内容。随着病案利用的范围不断扩大延伸,病案资料复印需求日益增长。通过对影响病案复印中存在的不利因素进行分析,对病案复印存在的服务对象证件携带不全、信息错误、语言交流困难及临床科室病案归档不及时、病案资料不完善与病案复印告知不到位、历史病案查找难度大、主动服务意识不强等问题,有针对性的提出加大病案复印知识宣传、落实病案管理制度、强化法律意识、培养人性化服务、完善病案管理设施、提高病案管理人员素质等有效对策,从而为服务对象提供高效、便捷、热情的"人性化"病案复印服务。Medical records copying is an important content of the medical record management.With the expanding of the utilization of medical records, the demand for medical record data copying is growing. Thenegative factors that exist in medical records copying were analyzed such as the service objects documents incomplete, wrong information, language communication difficulties, and clinical department is not timelyfiling, medical record information is incomplete, inform not detailed, history medical records is difficult tofind,The active service consciousness is not strong and other issues. We should increase the medical recordcopying knowledge propaganda, implement medical record management system,strengthen legal awareness, foster human services, improve medical record management facilities and improve the quality of medical record management staff and other effective measures, in order to provide efficient, convenient and friendly ‘humanization＇medical record copying services.
