摘　　要：阐述开展舰船建造评估的意义。在分析舰船建造质量涵盖因素的基础上,针对我国海军舰船建造特点和建造过程,提出舰船建造质量评估的指标体系,为舰船建造质量评估工作提供借鉴。This article expatiate on the meaning of the evaluation for the ship＇s build quality,base on analyzing the factor of the ship＇s building quality,which aim at the characteristic of ship＇ s build and the course of ship＇ s build,evaluation index system of the ship＇ s build quality was present. It provides a basis for the evaluation on the ship＇ s build quality.
