摘　　要：高等学校最重要的使命是人才培养,而高校的学风是一所高校办学理念和管理水平的综合体现,它不仅反映师生的精神风貌和精神环境,更直接影响和决定人才培养的质量。本文针对当前高校学风建设中存在的问题和成因进行了分析,同时对改进高校学风建设中具体的措施进行了深入的思考和探索。The most important commission of high education is the cultivation of talents.The atmosphere of study of a school is a comprehensive embodiment of the management level of the school.It reflects the spiritual style and features.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the construction of high school studying atmosphere.Meanwhile,there are some further thoughts and investigation about the specific measures to b taken in this process.
