学龄儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭术的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨窝沟封闭术对预防学龄儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟龋的临床效果。方法选择4所小学424名7～8岁儿童的双侧上下颌第一恒磨牙为研究对象,随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组212例757颗牙进行窝沟封闭,对照组212例749颗牙不做任何处理。结果经6个月、1年、2年、3年随访检查,试验组龋发病率均较对照组明显下降（P〈0.01）。结论窝沟封闭术对预防学龄儿童恒磨牙龋病效果明显。Objective To explore the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealing on prevention of children dental caries,and provide the basis for clinical generalization of pit and fissure sealing technology. Methods The maxillary and mandibular permanent molars of 424 children,aged 7- 8 years old and selected from 4 primary schools,were randomly divided into test group and control group. Two hundred and twelve children in the test group had 757 teeth received pit and fissure sealing treatment,while no action were taken for the 749 teeth of 212 children in the control group. Results In the follow-up examination of next 0. 5 years,1 years,2 years and 3 years,the dental caries incidence rate of the test group decreased significantly compared with the control group. Conclusion Pit and fissure sealing have evident effect on the prevention of children dental caries.
