树脂充填加固法应用于下颌第二前磨牙畸形中央尖的防治效果

摘　　要：目的观察树脂充填加固法防治下颌第二前磨牙畸形中央尖折断的临床效果。方法选取患儿50例78颗畸形中央尖下颌第二前磨牙,无临床不适症状,采用树脂充填加固法来防治畸形中央尖折断,随访观察2年。结果 78颗患牙治疗成功,5颗治疗失败,成功率为93.59%。结论早期发现第二前磨牙畸形中央尖应用树脂充填加固法,对防治畸形中央尖折断有较好的临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical effects of resin strengthening in preventing the fracture of abnormal central cusp and treating the broken central cusp deformity. Methods Fifty child patients who had 78 teeth with abnormal central cusp were enrolled. They had no clinical symptoms. Resin strengthening was applied in preventing the fracture of abnormal central cusp and treating the broken central cusp deformity for all patients. All the patients were followed up for two years. Results Seventy-three teeth were treated successfully,and the success rate was 93. 59%. The treatment for the rest five teeth failed. Conclusion Noticing abnormal central cusp early and applying resin strengthening in preventing the fracture of abnormal central cusp and treating the broken central cusp deformity have significant clinical implications.
