氟保护漆预防正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价氟保护漆预防正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的临床效果。方法选168例接受固定正畸治疗的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组牙齿粘接托槽后涂ClinproTMXT氟保护漆,每隔6个月涂1次;对照组不作特殊处理。在托槽粘接完成后即刻、第6个月、第12个月时应用激光龋齿诊断仪检测两组牙釉质脱矿程度。结果粘接后第6个月,试验组和对照组激光龋齿诊断仪检测值分别为4.30±0.88、4.87±0.98,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);粘接后第12个月,试验组和对照组激光龋齿诊断仪检测值分别为4.81±0.82、5.87±0.93,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟保护漆对正畸治疗中的釉质脱矿有较好的抑制作用;激光龋齿诊断仪检测能提供更加可靠的检测指标,适合于固定正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的监测。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of fluor protector on the prevention of enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment. Methods 168 patients with fixed orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into test group and control group. After dental slotbonding,Clinpro^TM XT fluorine paint protection weredaubedevery six months in test group,whileno special treatment were taken in control group The levels of enamel demineralizationwere tested immediate,6 months and 12 months after bonding by laser caries diagnosis instrument（ DD）. Results 6 months after A dhesive,the DD values of test group and control groupwere（ 4. 30 ± 0. 88） and（ 4. 87 ± 0. 98） mm,respectively. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; 12 months after A dhesive,the DD values of test group and control group were（ 4. 81 ± 0. 82） mm and（ 5. 87 ± 0. 93） mm. There were significantdifferences between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Fluor protector has well effect on inhibiting the enamel demineralization during fixed orthodontic treatment. The use of DD can provide more reliable detection value of monitoring and was suitable to monitor the level of enamel demineralization during fixed orthodontic treatment.
