近绝对期青光眼小梁切除术疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨近绝对期青光眼小梁切除术的疗效。方法回顾分析2009～2012年行小梁切除术治疗的19例21只眼近绝对期青光眼的病史资料。对比手术前后患眼视力、眼压、视野等情况；评价手术治疗的效果。结果术后随访7～36个月（平均18个月），术后6个月复查视力19只眼（90．48％）提高，2只眼（9．52％）未提高；术后6个月复查眼压17只眼（80．95％）眼压正常，3只眼（14．29％）低于正常，1只眼（4．96％）高于正常。手术后视野均有不同程度改善。结论近绝对期青光眼，甚至是无光感的青光眼积极施行小梁切除术，可恢复患眼的部分视功能。Objective To explore the effect of trabeculectomy for nearly absolute glaucoma . Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data from 2009 to 2012, 21 eyes of 19 patients with nearly absolute glaucoma were performed trabeculectomy. The visual acuities, intraocular pressure and visual field were compared before and after the operation and the effect of surgical treatment was evaluated. Results The mean follow-up of 18 months （7-36 months）, After 6 months, visual acuity was improved in 19 eyes （90.48%）, 2 eyes （9.52%） did not improved; 17 eyes （80.95%） intra- ocular pressure was normal, 3 eyes （14.29%） below the normal and 1 eye （4.96%） higher than the normal. The vision/Was improved in varying degrees after operation. Conclusions Positively per- formed trabeculectomy can recover part of the visual function for nearly absolute glaucoma, even NLP glaucoma.
