摘  要:目的探讨改良折叠型人工晶状体缝线固定术对眼外伤晶状体玻璃体切除术后黄斑区视网膜的影响。方法对2011年5月至2013年12月在唐山市眼科医院随机抽取行改良折叠型人工晶状体缝线固定术的眼外伤晶状体玻璃体切除术后患者25例(25只眼),利用OCT测量术前及术后1d、1周、1个月时以黄斑中心凹为中心直径1mm区域、3mm区域及5mm区域的上方、鼻侧、下方、顺侧9个区域的视网膜厚度。结果术前及术后1d、1周、1个月时黄斑区视网膜的变化无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论改良折叠型人工晶状体缝线固定术对黄斑区视网膜的影响小,是安全有效地治疗眼外伤晶状体、玻璃体切除术后无晶状体眼屈光矫正方法。Objective To investigate the changes of macular retinal thickness after using modi- fied operation with IOL delivery system secondary foldable intraocular lens with suture fixation to treat aphakic eye after ocular trauma with lens-vitrectomy. Methods Twenty-five eyes of 25 pa- tients who underwent foldable intraocular with suture fixation by modified operation were recruited randomly. The average macular retinal thickness, and volume of nine zones which were the areas of lmm diameter around the maeular fovea, the superior, nasal lateral, anterior and bitemporal lateral of 3mm and 5mm diameter around from it, were measured pre-operatively and at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month postoperatively by the use of optical coherence tomography (OCT). Results The changes on macular retinal thickness were not obvious in this surgery. Using modified operation secondary fold- able intraocular implantation with suture fixation at ciliary sulcus was successful to correct aphakie eye after ocular trauma with lens-vitreetomy. Conclusions Improved folding intraocular lens fixa- tion suture has little impact on the macular area of the retina, is safe and effective in the treatment of ocular lens trauma, aphakia after vitrectomy, and is a refractive correction method.
