Pentacam测量LASIK术后角膜厚度与眼压分析

摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）术前及术后1、6、12个月中央角膜厚度（CCT）、与修正眼压的关系。方法对2012年11月至2013年12月在沧州眼科医院行LASIK术前89只眼及术后1、6、12个月中，采用非接触压平式眼压计（NIDEK MODEL NT-2000）测量术前及术后不同时期的眼压，用Pentacam测量术前、术后不同时期的CCT及用Kohihaas公式修正术后眼压。Pentacam对LASIK术前、术后不同时期眼压及LASIK术前、术后不同时期的CCT重复测量统计分析。结果CCT与眼压呈正相关，差异有统计学意义（r=0．472．P〈0．01）。LASIK术后CCT平均减少80．56vm；眼压平均下降5．61mmHg。术后6个月CCT轻度增加、眼压相应增高，12个月后CCT则无变化。结论LASIK术后CCT变薄，眼压相应降低。Objective To study the relationship between central corneal thickness （CCT） and the corrected IOP before and after the excimer laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK） operation. Meth- ods From November 2012 to December 2013, intraocular pressure of 89 eyes were measured before and after LASIK operation at 1 month, 6 months and 12 months, using non-contact applanation to- nometer （NIDEK MODEL NT-2000）. CCT and corrected IOP were measured with Pentacam before and at different periods after surgery using Kohihaas formula, and repeated measurement and statisti- cal analysis using Pentacam. Results CCT was positively associated with intraocular pressure, the difference was statistically significant （r =0.472, P 〈0.01）. CCT reduced 80.56μm averagely after the LASIK operation, intraocular pressure dropped by an average of 5.61mmHg. CCT slightly in- creased 6 months after surgery, and the intraocular pressure increased accordingly. There were no changes in CCT 12 months after operation. Conclusions CCT become thinner after LASIK surgery, corresponding to lower intraocular pressure.
