辨证针刺治疗不同证型干眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察辨证针刺治疗不同证型干眼的疗效。方法 100例干眼患者随机分为针刺治疗组和人工泪液对照组,针刺治疗组分为肺阴不足型、肝肾阴虚型和脾虚湿热型,根据辨证分别配以不同的腧穴,对照组用聚乙烯醇滴眼液,总疗程3个月。观察2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后主要症状积分、泪液分泌和泪膜破裂时间等变化。结果两组临床总疗效比较差异无统计学意义,但治疗组肝肾阴虚型主要症状积分、Schirmer I试验结果与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证针刺治疗对肝肾阴虚型干眼的中医证型积分及Schirmer I试验结果改善明显。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of dialectical acupuncture on dry eye patients with different types of syndrome. METHODS One hundred dry eye patients were randomly allocated to the acupuncture treatment group and the artificial tear control group. Based on the syndrome differentiation the treatment group was divided into three types,which were lung yin deficiency type,yin deficiency of liver and kidney type and spleen deficiency and damp-heat type. Each patient was acupunctured dialectically. The control group was given polyvinyl alcohol eye drops. The total course was three months. The clinical efficacy as well as the changes of the main symptom scores,Schirmer I test and break-up time（BUT） of all the patients were observed. RESULTS The total curative effect of both groups didn＇t show significant difference. The main symptom scores and Schirmer I test of the yin deficiency of liver and kidney type in the treatment group were better than the control group. CONCLUSIONS By dialectical acupuncture,the main symptom scores and Schirmer I test of dry eye patients of the yin deficiency of liver and kid-ney type could be improved obviously.
