LASIK术后外伤性角膜瓣移位的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨LASIK术后外伤性角膜瓣移位的发生、治疗及预防措施。方法回顾性分析我科2009年1月至2013月6月收治的8例LASIK术后外伤性角膜瓣移位患者的临床资料,观察治疗后的视力及角膜恢复情况。结果经及时手术处理,合理用药,视力恢复良好。术后第1天所有患者视力>0.1,术后1周所有患者视力>0.3;术后1个月6例患者视力达到0.8以上,角膜透明,无上皮植入、内生等并发症发生。结论及时正确处理LASIK术后外伤性角膜瓣移位能够获得良好视力。OBJECTIVE To study the cause,treatment,prevention of traumatic corneal flap displacement after laser in situ keratomileursis（LASIK）. METHODS We retrospectively analyzed records of 8 cases of traumatic corneal flap displacement after LASIK from January 2009 to June 2013. RESULTS After timely treatment,operation,rational drug use,they achieved good recovery of vision,Eight8 eyes regained vision of 0.1 after 1 day,8 eyes regained vision of 0.3 after 1 week,6 eyes regained vision of 0.8 after 1 month and their corneas were transparent. No epithelial implantation or ingrowth occurred. CONCLUSIONS Proper and prompt reposition of traumatic corneal flap displacement after LASIK could regain the vision.
