摘　　要：后天麻痹性斜视为眼科常见病,多急性发作,无明显性别差异,大多数是全身性疾病的一种表现。该病病因复杂,治疗方法多种,以下对近年在临床上中西医诊疗方面的进展做一综述。Acquired paralytic strabismus is a common and acute attacked ophthalmic disease,having no significant gender differences,most of which is a manifestation of systemic disease. There are many therapeutic methods,though the causes of the disease are complex. Following is a summary about the clinical treatment progress of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
