基于容积重建技术对肱骨结节间沟的观测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:了解肱骨结节间沟的解剖特点及其临床意义。方法:运用螺旋CT三维重建技术,对30例自愿者肱骨上端结节间沟进行观测。结果:容积重建技术(VRT)可以清楚显示结节间沟。左右两侧肱骨结节间沟的内侧壁角度、开放角度有差异(P<0.05),宽度、深度无差异(P>0.05)。结论:内侧壁角及开放角有侧别差异,关节镜下重建肱骨结节间沟手术时,应考虑以上因素。Objective：To understand the anatomical characteristics of the sulcus intertubercularis and its clinical significance.Methods：The Helical CT technique was adopted to measure upper humeral sulcus intertubercularis of 30 volunteers.Results：Sulcus intertubercularis can be clearly shown with VRT.Medical wall angle and open angle are significantly different between the left and right sides of the humeral sulcus intertubercular（P〈0.05）,but width and depth did not show this difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Medial wall angle and open angle are side-based different,when conducting arthroscopic surgical reconstruction of humeral sulcus,these factors mentioned above should be considered.
