摘　　要：目的:观察α-亚麻酸乙酯治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的效果。方法:选取我院2010年10月-2013年10月期间经临床及超声检查证实的非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者,共150例,其中120例患者(治疗组)给予服用α-亚麻酸乙酯,0.6g/次,3次/d,连续服用12周。另外30例患者(对照组)未给予任何相关治疗。在研究开始和结束时分别检测每位患者的血脂、肝功能、脂联素和血液流变学指标。结果:α-亚麻酸乙酯能有效降低非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的血清甘油三酯和胆固醇水平,改善患者肝功能以及血液流变学指标,而且还能明显提高患者血清脂联素水平。结论:α-亚麻酸乙酯能有效治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病。Objective：To investigate the effect of alpha-linoleic acid ethyl ester on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods：Analyses were based on data from 150 subjects by clinical and ultrasound in patients confirmed NAFLD.One hundred and twenty patients were given the alpha-linoleic acid ethyl ester（0.6g,tid）,for taking orally 12 weeks.The other patients were not given any treatment.Respectively,the blood of patients was taken on the first day and in the 12 th week.The serum BMI,TG,TC,AST,SLT,adiponectin and blood rheology of patients were observed.Results：The alpha-linoleic acid ethyl ester could reduce the lipid,improve liver function and blood rheology,but also significantly improve adiponectin levels.Conclusion：The alpha-linoleic acid acid ethyl ester can effectively treat NAFLD.
