膳食纤维在肠内营养治疗中应用的文献分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨膳食纤维(DF)在肠内营养(EN)治疗中的应用情况。方法:通过中国知网和Pub Med等数据库,检索并查阅国内外公开发行的医药期刊有关DF在EN治疗中应用的原始文献,并对其应用的特点和规律进行分类、统计和分析。结果:DF在EN治疗中的应用众多,包括改善营养,增加耐受性,减少并发症,减少感染,缩短住院时间,控制糖类的吸收,保护肠黏膜屏障和改善肠道免疫功能等,但对血糖的影响不确定。而2篇文献报道DF在EN治疗中对病人耐受性的影响,经Meta分析显示呈显著性差异。结论:DF在EN治疗中具有调节病人的免疫功能,减少并发症,明显增加病人的耐受性,而降低血糖的作用不确定。Objective： To explore the application of dietary fiber during enteral nutrition. Methods ： The original articles on the application of dietary fiber about the characteristics and laws during enteral nutrition were retrieved and analyzed statistically by China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） and PubMed, then Applied RevMan5.0 software was used for recta-analysis. Results： The dietary fiber during enteral nutrition, improved nutrition, reduced complications and infection, controlled the absorption of carbohydrates, protect intestinal mucosa barrier, and improve immune function. There was no significant difference on blood sugar, but the blood sugar showed significant reduction on in two trials. Conclusion： Dietary fiber has excellent effect including adjusting immunologic function and reduce infection during enteral nutrition.
