摘　　要：在企业技术联盟实践中，失衡与冲突不可避免地会发生。文章首先从六个方面叙述了企业技术联盟产生失衡与冲突的原因；提出了对企业技术联盟的冲突进行监测与评估，并建立了一个动态监控模型；指出了协调是对企业技术联盟冲突的控制与化解；最后构建了企业技术联盟的协调机制。： The state of imbalance and conflict cannot be avoided in the practice of technical alliance of enterprises． This paper first states 6 reasons for the imbalance and conflict， and puts forward that the conflict should be monitored and evaluated， and a dynamic monitoring model is made． The paper also points out that the coordination is the way to control and diminish the conflict； at last the authors construct the coordination mechanism of technical alliance of enterprises in China．
