摘 要:目前对于大功率等离子切割机。首选输出并联的Buck DC/DC变换器作为等离子切割电源,它具有电流精度高、稳定度好的特点。设计了一种独立直流电压供电、输出并联的两组Buek DC/DC直流电流源,每组DC/DC变换器连接成两级交错结构。给出了两级DC/DC变换器之间自动均流的移相驱动方式和平波电感直接储能闭环控制策略,并进行了基于Matlab/Simulink仿真分析和实验验证,实验装置的输入功率45 kW,支持输出直流电流260 A和输出电压150 V。结果表明,这种功率电路和控制策略使得电源系统响应加快,静态误差减少,有利于降低功率器件的开关损耗和分摊输出功率,提升输出功率等级,以此提高开关频率,从而降低平波电感尺寸,改善输出电流精度和提升稳定度。At present,the Buck DC/DC converter is preferred in parallel at output when thinking about high-power plasma cutting machine, as it has the features of high current precision and good stability.A DC current source with two Buck DC/DC in parallel at output and an independent DC voltage supply is designed.Each DC/DC converter is connected in two-stage interleaved structure.The phase shift drive mode with automatic current sharing between the two levels of DC/DC converters and the closed-loop control strategy of direct energy storage with fiat-wave induc- tance is given.And the simulation analysis is carried out based on Maflab/Simulink.The design is experimentally vali- dated, and the input power of the experimental facility is 45 kW.The output direct current is 260 A and the output voltage is 150 V.The results show that the power circuit and the control strategy improve power system's response speed and reduce static error which is conducive to reducing power devices' switching loss, sharing the output power and enhancing the output power level.On this account,the switching frequency is increased,thus the size of fiat-wave inductance is reduced, and the current precision and stability is improved.
