摘  要:通过测定染料的上染速率和上染百分率,研究了酸性蛋白酶预处理温度、时间、酶用量对兔毛皮染色性能的影响。结果表明:酸性蛋白酶预处理后的兔毛皮上染速率加快,染百分率提高,在较低温度(55℃)下用希力蓝和希力红染料染色,上染百分率分别为97.06%和97.84%,高于55℃下未用酸性蛋白酶处理的上染率,能达到常规高温(68℃)染色的效果。酸性蛋白酶预处理的最佳条件为:酶质量分数在5%,温度55℃,预处理时间30 min。The influence of enzyme pretreatment parameters e.g. temperature, time and amount of acid pro- tease on the dyeing properties of rabbit fur was studied by means of measuring the dyeing rate and dye ex- haustion. The results showed that both the dyeing rate and dye exhaustion of rabbit fur increased after acid protease pretreatment, and at lower dyeing temperature (55 ℃) the dye exhaustion reached 97.06% and 97.84% for Xili Blue and Xili Red respectively, which were compared favorably with that of conventional dyeing process (at 68℃). The optimal acid protease pretreatment parameters are temperature 55 ℃, dosage of acid protease 5% and the processing time 30 minutes.
