影响冠突散囊菌孢子产生的因素

摘　　要：为获得各种条件下冠突散囊菌的产孢规律和最佳生长发育条件,以冠突散囊菌的菌落形态、菌落直径、有性孢子和无性孢子的数量为指标,通过改变CZG培养基中碳源(蔗糖、葡萄糖)、氮源(硝酸钠、硝酸铵、硫酸铵)和无机盐(氯化钠、氯化钾)的浓度以及外界培养条件(培养温度、培养基pH)以此得到最佳的培养参数.结果表明:冠突散囊菌产孢的最佳条件为蔗糖5%、硝酸铵0.7%、KCl 3%、培养温度28℃、pH=7,营养物质和外界培养条件都会对冠突散囊菌的产孢过程造成影响,使冠突散囊菌向有性或无性方向生长.In order to obtain the spores production rule and optimal growth condition during growth process of Eurotium cristatum,taking colony morphology,sexual spores and asexual spores of Eurotium cristatumas indicators in this study,nutrients（carbon,nitrogen,inorganic salts）and culture conditions（temperature,pH）have an effect on the Eurotium cristatum which produced spores.The results showed that the Eurotium cristatum produced spores with optimum conditions：5% of sucrose,0.7% of ammonium nitrate,3% of KCl,the culture temperature was 28 ℃ and the pH value was 7.It was important that nutrients and external culture conditions impacted on Eurotium cristatum produced spores and maked the Eurotium cristatumto grow in the direction of sexual or asexual.
