中药胃管注入治疗肠梗阻临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药胃管注入治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将114例肠梗阻患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组57例。对照组仅给予外科基础治疗,研究组在对照组疗法基础上辨证给予具有行气活血通腑、活血解毒通腑、健脾润肠功效的中药经胃管注入治疗。治疗结束后观察两组临床疗效和中转手术率。结果研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),中转手术率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在外科基础治疗之上,经胃管辨证给予具有行气、活血、解毒、通腑、健脾、润肠功效的中药能提高肠梗阻的临床疗效,降低中转手术率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）injection by stomach tube in the treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 114 patients with intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into study group（n=57）and control group（n=57）.Both groups received basic surgical treatment;additionally,the study group received syndrome differentiation-based treatment with qi-moving,blood-activating,and bowel-relaxing TCM prescription,blood-activating,detoxicating,and bowel-relaxing TCM prescription,and spleen-strengthening and intestine-moistening TCM prescription,which were injected by the stomach tube.After treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome and rate of conversion to surgery.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a significantly better clinical outcome（P〈0.05）and a significantly lower rate of conversion to surgery（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In addition to basic surgical treatment,syndrome differentiationbased treatment with qi-moving,blood-activating,detoxicating,bowel-relaxing,spleen-strengthening,and intestine-moistening TCM prescriptions injected by the stomach tube can improve the clinical outcome and reduce the rate of conversion to surgery.
