摘　　要：详细介绍了经编床垫布生产工序,包括整经、织造、染色、定型以及印花工序,叙述了经编床垫布在生产中应注意的事项,并对生产工序中出现的布面疵点问题进行了原因的分析,如:断头、漏针、横条、纵条、折痕、色斑等,并提出相应的解决方案,以期对企业产品质量提高和生产实践有一定帮助。In this paper is detailed the warp-knitted mattress fabric production process, including warping, warp-knitting, dyeing heat setting and printing with some attentions in the production pointed out and defects arising from the production process, such as breakages, drop stitches, barres, vertical bars, creases, spots, are analyzed with solutions suggestions proposed. It helps production practice and improves the product quality of the enterprise.
