摘　　要：文章首先基于TAM3模型建立了大学生网络学习接受影响因素模型,并进行了实证研究。本课题对网络学习超过1年的同学的数据进行了检验。实证研究表明,所建模型的拟合度良好,大学生网络学习有用性感知与易用性感知均与其网络学习接受呈显著正相关。工作绩效、结果展示性、易用性感知分别与大学生网络学习有用性感知存在着显著的正相关关系,而计算机自我效能感、感知娱乐性、外部支持和客观使用均与大学生网络学习易用性感知存在着显著的正相关。The model of the college teachers network teaching influencing factors is built in the paper based on the TAM3 model（Technology Acceptance Model 3）. We use the data that the network study time is more than one year.We find that the perceived ease of use, output quality and result demonstrability have significant positive correlation with the perceived usefulness, and the computer self-efficacy, perceptions of external control, peiceived enjoyment and objective use have significant positive correlation with the perceived ease of use. The results give us some enlightenment when we make policies.
