肝硬化患者血清内毒素和糖类抗原125水平相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肝硬化患者血清内毒素和糖类抗原125水平的变化,观察两者的相关性与血清肝纤维化指标的关系。方法采用黨试验酶联法和化学发光法分别测定40例肝硬化患者血清内毒素、CA125和HA、PⅢP水平,并与40名正常健康人作比较。结果肝硬化患者血清内毒素、CA125和HA、PⅢP水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P值均﹤0.01),血清内毒素水平与CA125、HA、PⅢP水平呈显著正相关(r=0.5813,0.6021,0.6233,P值均﹤0.01)。结论检测肝硬化患者血清内毒素、CA125水平的变化可以作为肝硬化严重程度Child-Pugh分级法的辅助指标,对正确评估病情和预后具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the correlation between serum endotoxin and CA125 levels in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Serum endotoxin（ with Limulus）,serum CA125（ with chemiluminescence）,and serum HA,PIIIP（ with RIA）were measured in 40 patients with liver cirrhosis and 40 controls. Results Serum levels of endotoxin,CA125,and HA,PⅢ P in these patients were significantly higher than those in the controls（ P ﹤ 0. 01）. Serum levels of endotorxin were significantly positively correlated with CH125,and HA,PⅢP（ r = 0. 5813,0. 6021,0. 6233,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Detection of serum endotoxin,CA125,and HA,PⅢ P levels can be used as an assistant index for the liver cirrhosis severity Cild-Pugh classification. They have significant importance for accurate assessment of illness condition and prognosis in cirrhosis patients.
