急性脑梗塞患者静脉溶栓前后血浆超敏CRP水平变化

摘　　要：目的：探讨急性脑梗塞患者静脉溶栓前后血浆超敏CRP水平变化。方法：将41例超急性期脑梗塞患者按预后不同分为两组，其中溶栓成功组28例，溶栓失败组13例，溶栓前后分别测定HS-CRP水平。结果：溶栓前后两组患者的血浆HS—CRP水平都高于正常值（0～5mg／L），且两组间相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。溶栓24h后，溶栓成功组HS—CRP水平溶栓前后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；溶栓失败组溶栓岳的HS—CRP水平虽然有所下降。但与溶栓前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：HS-CRP水平的高低与脑梗塞患者的预后有密切的关系。CPP较高的急性脑梗塞病人可能危险性较高，其溶栓治疗效果也相对较差。Objective To study the influence of HS-CRP on prognosis of patients with Super acute cerebral infarction Methods 41 cases of Super acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into two groups according to the prognosis, of which 28 patients in successful thrombolys is group. 13 cases in thrombolysis failure group.The HS- CRP levels were measured before and after thrombolytic therapy. Results The HS-CRP levels of patients in these two groups before and after the thrombolytic therapy were significantly above the normal reference values （0-5 mg/L）, and there was significant different among the two groups （p 〈 0.05）. The HS-CRP levels of patients in the successful thrombolysis group begin to decline significantaly after 24h （p 〈 0.05）. The HS-CRP levels of the patients in the failure group dropped a little, but there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions HS-CRP levels were correlated with the prognosis of super acute cerebral infarction patients.The risk of the acute cerebral infarction patients with high CRP level is higher, its thrombolysis treatment effect is relatively poorer.
