摘　　要：手术室夜班护士承担着各个外科的抢救工作，由于急诊手术多是意外伤和突发病，病情危急，工作量大，手术室护士在工作方面，承担了很多方面的压力和风险，为加强这一工作的管理，我院手术室做了大量的工作程序，流程的管理，现在报告如下。Operating room night nurse bear the various surgical rescue work, emergency surgery is more accidental injury and sudden illness, in critical condition, workload is big, the operating room nurses when it comes to work, take a lot of pressure and risk, in order to strengthen the work of management, our hospital operating room has do a lot of work procedures, process management, now report as follows.
